I am applying for T4 to T2 switch.
My employer received his sponsor license in Dec 2014 and has assigned me COS in Feb 2015. Since this is a first time for him , he made the following mistakes in the COS :
1) Job start 31st March 2015 to 31st March 2019 (4years) , but he intents to sponsor me for 3 years only .
2) Under the RMLT section he wrote " Job is under shortage occupation list but only for certain roles. Migrant is except from labour test since he is switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2. "
On the end of Feb I moved to a new address (different from address mentioned in COS).
He later corrected his mistake by adding a sponsor note as described " Can I change the employment period to 3 years i.e. 31st March 2015 - 29th March 2018. Migrant has moved to new address ( and stated my new address)".
My question is :
Does he need to write sponsor note in specific format?
Is it required to mention the change of address in note ?
Also should the note include explanation for RMLT section (i.e the statement "Job is under shortage occupation list but only for certain roles" should be ignored). He thinks that as the job SOC 2129 is mentioned in shortage occupation list (but not for my role) he needs to give this explanation.
I have taken premium service appointment for 12th March 2015.
