Accident Liability Dispute - Court Proceedings Any issues

HI,

I had an accident last year and the liability was disputed. My solicitor and car insurance company is saying that they wanted to start court proceedings against the other side insurance.

is this going to affect my PR or visa extensions. ?

If you need to go to court for non criminal issues like disputes, it will not affect your immigration status.
