We are both currently in Thailand.

My first wife died three and a half years ago and the house we were living in was in her name. Her entire state passed to me, as her husband but I have not been able to transfer the property into my name because the Land Registry only accept payment for this by cheque or postal order, neither of which I can provide from Thailand (yes I know, maybe I should have done that earlier).
Can you confirm the following should be acceptable for submission with visa application:
- Land Registry entry
Death certificate of my first wife
Grant of probate to myself (husband) as sole inheritor of estate
Bank attestation that mortgage payments have been made from my account since July 2009
Property Description and Photos
Also - is it really necessary to send mortgage statement?
Again, due to Lenders policy they cannot transfer to my name as they class it as new lending and they no longer lend(!).
It is simply left in as 'executor'.
Mortgage payments can be seen as debits in the bank statements I will be sending.
At the same time though, a mortgage statement would show all made on time....
