Accommodation Spouse Visa

Dear all,

I have question regarding spouse visa, could you please help.

I will be applying for spouse visa in coming months. Currently I am living in shared (HMO) accommodation and have plans to move to Studio flat.

My question,

1. Is studio flat considered as adequate accommodation?
2. Other then tenancy agreement is there any other document I need to fulfil accommodation requirement?

Thanks Vinny, it doesnt say anywhere that studio flat is not adequate. We dont have kids yet so i assume studio will be fine for the moment.

Any comments ?

Studio flat is sufficient and used successfully in the past.
