Accomodation requirement

Hello everyone, first of all thank you for taking your time to go through my query. I am a Btirish national and i was in the process of applying for spouse visa for my spouse from abroad. As we were filling out the form we came across this part where it asks for my landlord's (who also resides at the same property) date of birth and nationality which he declined to provide me with for his privacy concern. I have got the tenancy agreement, property inspection certificate and he is willing to give me written consent for my partner to move in at the property. Has anyone come across this situation? Could i leave the section blank or proceed or would it cause a problem to the whole application? Thank you very mucj
