Accountants statement - for freelancer. pls help

hello,

I am a freelancer and applying in Tier1 from India.

I have all my papers in place but Accountant's. Please help me on this. I want to apply asap and it seems time is running out.

My query is regarding the letter from Accountant. Can you please tell me what should be the format of this letter. I believe that letter has to be from a CA (Chartered Accountant). The accountant I tried dealing with have no idea what to write or state.

Any recommendations/suggestions of an accountant from Delhi or Mumbai would be welcome.
