Acknowledgement email for only one partner

I and my wife applied for naturalisation through NCS (paper form) on 08.05.18.
The NCS lady said she was going to send it jointly in one envelope as a joint application.

I got an acknowledgment email today with a case ID. :)
But my wife didn't receive the acknowledgment email. :(
Should we be concerned thinking the HO have only noted one application in the envelope?? :roll:

Sorry for this post...
Just realized that we had given separate bank accounts and money has gone from her account too..
So I guess it should be fine..
