ACS(australian computer society) IT exams valid for english?

ACS(australian computer society) IT exams valid for english?

My wife has completed ACS exams, will this fulfil the English language
requirement? when I contacted NARIC they would not give me an answer until
I pay them £50 just to get the answer.

have anyone given this qualification? only issue I can see is that ACS exams are
1 year part time.
