Hi,
I am on “support worker visa” - healthcare category. And i work in a carehome.
I am doing part-time job (17 hrs a week) in Tesco pharmacy too. When i joined tesco pharmacy they did my right-to-work check and hired me as “pharmacy assistant” and then i passed my training and i am now a dispenser in Tesco. It’s almost 10 months I am working with them. In April, 2024 as per new rules, dispensers/pharmacy assistants are not eligible for Skilled Worker Visa, i assume extra work in this job role must not be taken too. I emailed my management twice to do my right to work check again. But they(tesco HR) replied that I don’t need a right to work, bcz they hired me in oct,2023 and at that time i did pass my right to work check.
I am really worried and confused, i love this job but what if my extra job might create a problem in my extension or IRL application??
Please suggest me what should i do??
