address issue

Post by friday » Sat May 10, 2014 7:51 pm

Hi All,

My housemate has problems with UK Immigration. It is a long story but in brief, he overstayed his Tier 2 VISA sue to technical problem from UK border. He was refused extension but he made several appeals and he now raised his case to the house of commons.

Is there any risk that I am living at the same address of my housemates? I am just concerned that when the UK border check my address that I put on my application, that they will connect me to my housemates problems (i.e. VISA appeals and courts).

I might be over worried but I do not want an issue like to affect my last stage of acquiring the BC.

thank you in advance.

I wouldn't think so.
