Address Proof - Dependent Application

Hi,
I and my dependant are applying at the same time from within uk.
Page 10 of dependants policy guidance says that 2 documents are required for address proof

Bank statements
NHS registration.

My query is NHS document is 2 months old..can it be used as evidence
