Addresses For Last 5 Years

In the section asking for addresses for the last 5 years, do we also include the present address as we have already mentioned this under the present address section.

Secondly, as the application is for naturalization as a spouse, do we still need to give addresses for 5 years which as my wife who the application is for has only been in the country 3 years.

Or do we include her address in her home country as well.

Also with reference to the good character section as the applicant is a housewife, how should this section be left as most of it is not relevant apart from the first bit which asks for occupation which will be filled in as "Housewife".

1. You can put down the present address and for the dates, just have the from field filled in.
2. Include the addresses for the 5 years including overseas.
3. Put "housewife" and leave rest blank.
