Adiministrative review (address confusion)

Hi dear members,

I am asking a question on behalf of my brother, actually he applied for student visa in dec 2009 under Tier 4 and after 2 months he applied for visa the college he took addmission in, got out from sponsors register.and now two weeks ago he got refusal and reason was as expected that the visa letter was nt valid anymore, and they gave the right for administrative review within 28 days. At that time it was useless to ask for an admin. review but just 2 days ago that college is again in the sponsors list, now he has a reason to ask for a review they have given the weblink from where he can download admin. review notice but no address is written over there, he has applied from islamabad pakistan.

If any body has idea where shoiuld he send the review notice that will be highly appreciated as websites and even Visa Application Center is not sure about that.

please if anyone can help because he has got limited time to kask for review

Submit admin. review at the nearest visa application center or (if VAC refuses to accept) the local BHC.
