Admin review - Appeal sent to BHC / Embassy

Hi guys,

My partner has sent his dependent visa appeal /request for review on 30 September 2008. It says on website it takes 30 days to review. He tried to call and also email but to no avail. Visiting the Embassy does not help either as they won't entertain appellant.

Please can any of you with this experience (apart from CoolguyIndia who kindly advised it is 30 calendar days) share it in this post. And any applicants who have tried to request MP to speed up the process, please get in touch. I appreciate your comments/ advise.
