Administrative Review

Hello Everyone
Can anyone suggest me about my case. I applied for tier 4 visa in July 2019 for the MA Education Teaching and Learning but I got refused and Eco that I am not a genuine student. In fact I completed my masters in Pakistan in 2010 and from 2010 til to date I am teaching in a college. ECO says why you are continuing your studies after 10 years and they claim that why you had chose only universities of North England. Anyhow I applied for AR they again refused me then my solicitor send them Pre Action protocol and Home office again refuse me and give another chance for AR then my solicitor again applied for AR. I got email from home office that we will reconsider your case with in 3 month. Now my university emailed me and said that we have been contacted by Home Office and if you confirm to join us in January they home office obviously subject to confirm to over turn their original decision. I replied to confirm them that I will join if you allow me. Now I didn't receive any email from home office. Can anyone please share any information or guess regarding my case.
