AR review can take upto 28 days and after that if they will send my case for reconsideration then it can take countless months and my visa is getting expired in Aug 2019 so what will happen to my stay here. Also, am I free to travel outside of the UK and entering again till the time my visa is valid. Please share your opinion.

You get section 3c protection (you can stay on current visa conditions) until a final decision is reached.
But leaving the country automatically withdraws your application

Thanks for clearing my doubts.
so In short I can't do anything until UKVI decides my case. So in these kind of cases do they make decisions quickly or they follow there usual approach of delaying things.

Hello everyone
Thanks for your help.
Recently got the update on my admin review and it's successful.
Now, UKVI has invited for interview in next week so please tell me what documents I should carry with me. Also, what type of questions they will ask me as I am running this business from the last 7 years so have invoices, agreements etc.
Last month I registered a company and hope it should not be a problem as I am on Prospective ent visa.
Regards

All the best Yash, I suggest you to focus on the business plan as almost all the questions will be asked surrounding it.
Is it Initial application or extension ?
All the best

It's completely your choice. you can file it by your solicitor and still remain the point of contact

Thanks yash, I feel the same anger and frustration as you had during refusal
My solicitor filled over 10 page AR nearly 3 weeks ago, I didn’t get any email as all email were been sent to my solicitor
Only email received until now by my solicitor is acknowledgement from AR

Hello
Yes, the interview went very nice as they asked me the things related to term sheet and business plan, more question were asked on the basis of term sheet as there were hardly 3-4 questions from my business plan which is a bit surprising as I expected them to ask me more about my business plan. Though, I am running this business from the last 7 years so that might be the reason too.

They gave me below reasons
1) why in capital city not in other Cities
2) market reasearch
3) staff salary, as I allocated nearly 100k for salary as my business is consulting oriented
Any suggestions?
Please give me your insights

There are no timelines. Unfortunately, all you can do is wait

Still waiting to hear anything from UKVI.
Your application for administrative review has succeeded.
We have carefully considered your application for administrative review. We have found that the original decision maker made an error when considering your application. We have therefore withdrawn the original decision.
