Advice me on British passport for my children

Hi, I am a new member
i am a british by naturalization.
I apply for british passport 11/2012 for my children born in nigeria and shortly after the application was made they call us for interview, I, thier mother and the children.
Three month after i contact overseas passport service because i was unable to get the contact for consular in Lagos nigerial. May 14/2013 i recieve phone call from consular in Lagos saying they attempt to get in touch with me and my email fail but at this point they have know option than to close the applicatio and if i wish to apply for passport i should make fresh application.
They sent me a letter dated 14/05/13 stated that they have sent me letter requesting for DNA test from me and i didnot respond that was why the application was closed.

I went to nigeria and apply for another application again,paid,new application on the 06/11/13. On the 10th/12/13 i recieve email saying, i should provide the following document.
-Photo of ythe children with parent present there in nigeria.
-Money
-New application form.
-prove of address in UK and Nigeria
-my naturalization certificate.
-Address where the children are living it nigeria.
I sent email to Consular at Nigeria and i was told that the application was sent to the UK directly since i have submitted it and they dont have anythings to with again, because it been prossess in the UK now.
All of there request i have submitte them at the at the consular at Nigeria and i was told that they only act as an agent, they said all application are proceess in the UK.
On the 03/02/14 i recieve email say i need to proved the requested document ortherwise the application will be close.
PLS ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO.
