Advice for ILR for Tier 1 dependant

Hi All,
I'm currently Tier 1 dependant on my husband who got his ILR last month from Tier1 General Visa.
I want to confirm my case if it is valid for ILR in this January 2014 as I've not applied ILR along wiht him.

I'm married to my husband from last 2 years(just completed 10 days back). I got my first leave to remain on 6th Dec 2011 but I arrived in UK on 15th Jan 2012.

Am I eligible to apply for ILR before/after 15th January 2014?

If yes, is this the right set of documents:
1. Set O Application form
2. 2 photo
3. Marriage certificate
4. Partner BRP card (ILR)
5. Bank statement of 6 months(of me and spouse)
6. Address proofs(utility bills)
7. LIUK pass certificate
8. Degree certificate(Batchelor of Engg in Computer science from Mumbai University, India)
9. Letter from institute about medium of instruction is English
10. My Passport along with current BRP card

Please advice. Thanks.
