Advice - mistake on application

Dear All,

My employer made a mistake on a WP extension application - the HR temp put in a salary from last year that is £3000 less than my current salary from jan 07 (roughly 12% more). Got the WP extension and just found out that the mistake had been made and now need to apply for FLR. What should I do?
- Mention it in my FLR form
- Write to IND to explain
- Hope its not a problem and apply

Any help much appreciated.

Get your HR write a letter explaining the detail and apply for FLR
