Advice needed on MN1

Dear Friends,

I have a child born in december 2016 (2.5 Years old). During the time we were on Tier 2 general visa. Soon after the birth we got tier 2 dependent visa for our child valid till 07/2019

We got our IRL in December 2018. I am filling MN1 form online and came a cross below questions.
Have you had settlement in the UK? [Should this be yes?]
What type of settlement do you have? [Should this be ILR as parents are now have ILR]

Any help is appreciated.
