Advice needed

Post by hadjitheyogi » Sat Feb 15, 2014 6:25 pm

Iam on a Tier 2 General Visa sponsored by an umbrella company.I have landed a job and the company was ok with myself working as a contractor but the company was not ok with my salary going to the Umbrella company's (My Visa sponsor's) account and said the company had a policy where the salary has to be credited into an account on the users name.

Has someone encountered this before? Is it necessary that the salary goes to the Umbrella company's account? Can the salary be paid into my own private limited company's account. If this has happened to someone before please leave me some advice.

Thanks

your salary must be paid by your sponsor and evidence that they are doing so must be kept by them and presented to any visiting HO inspector.
