ADVICE NEEDED

Hi , I have obtained my tier 1 visa today valid based on old rules.

I am planning to arrive to UK on 5th May 2010.

I am a qualified MBA Finance from IBA (Institute of Business Administration) Karachi, plus having 9 years experience in the same field. Last working experience of 5+ years in Dubai for Mercedes / Porsche sole distributor as Group Finance Manager.

Am planning to move to UK for long term permanent settlement, as in Pakistan due to security reasons and in UAE you remain a paid slave till your last breath without any permanent settlement plus due to recent recession the UAE has a drastic down turn which has affected most of the expatriates.

My question is if I come to UK on the said date is there any chances of getting job in financial sector, how is the market and what are the measures/steps I must take to find jobs (true jobs), any website or local papers which are recommended, or any famous genuine consultants.

Kindly request your guided replies so that I can plan ahead my job search in UK.
