Advice Please

Dear All,
I need your advice to apply ILR. I came to UK in Feb'05 on WP and stayed up to Nov'05 (WP expired on Nov'05). I came to UK again on 09/01/06 and stayed up to Apr'06 on Business Visa. After this, I came on WP in Jun'06.
Please advice, if I can apply for ILR now or do I need to wait till Jun'11.

what business visa? so you had no UK visa between nov'05 and Jan'06 and then agian between apr'06 and june '06. If this is correct you will need to wait till Jun'11 (you can apply 28 days earlier than the date on which you complete 5 years).
