Advice pls - Completing 9 yrs on ICT T2 /Global Business Mobility route

Hi All Experts,

Need your expert suggestion on my case.
I am completing 9 years of continuous stay in UK on ICT T2 / Global Mobility Route visa. As I understand same category Visa can not be further extended . So need to understand what all options I have in my and hand and best solution would be appreciated .

Below is my scenario
1. Short term ICT - Year 14-15 then 1 year cooling
2. Short + Long term ICT or global Business Mobility visa continuous stay of 9 years , completing soon .
Additionally my child is in 6th standard and same applies to her as a continues stay of 9 years kind of , 2nd child born in UK but completing 4 years .

Appreciate your suggestions on priority basis .

Find a sponsor and apply for a Skilled Worker visa??

Not sure what advice exactly you are expecting.

Can your spouse get a B2 English language qualification and find a work sponsorship? If so, they can get a job and sponsor you and the children. Then all of you would qualify for ILR under the 10 year pathway soon.

With children, the question is, why would the children find it unreasonable to leave the UK? Children are more flexible than adults at adapting to different cultures and so it won't be that hard to adapt back to the culture in their country of origin.
