ADVICE REGARDING NATURALISATION

i am eligible to apply for naturalisation in october 2009.i have a son who is 3 yrs old born outside uk.

he has been with me intermittently in and out of UK. my wife and kid both hold ILR. should i apply for naturalisation for my kid at this time along with me or should i apply alone.

just wanted to know his chances of naturalisation now or will be better some time in future.
