Advice Required on UK Tier 1 Visa Documentation

I am planning to apply for UK Tier 1 visa through VFS office in Bangalore. I have the following queries:

1. My qualification is BSc + MCA. I have done my BSc & MCA from a University listed in the points calculator. However, I had applied and received NARIC Letter of Comparability ONLY for MCA. Is this enough? Should I also get BSc added to this Letter of Comparability?

2. Can I use this Letter of Comparability (for MCA only) from NARIC along with orginal MCA certificate as proof for English language ability. Or should I get a separate letter from the College/University?

3. To maintain cash balance in my account for last three months, I have taken a personal loan from the bank. My bank statement shows that I have taken the personal loan and I am repaying the EMIs correctly while maintaining the cash balance as per the requirement. Is this is a problem under maintenance funds requirements?

If your MCA course/ degree/ institution is listed in the points based calculator and awards you 35 points under education criteria & 10 points under english language sections you do not need NARIC letter. Just your MCA degree would suffice

No its not. Read the guidance note- it says loan is an acceptable form of maintenance funds.

The evidence of maintenance must be of cash funds in the bank (this includes savings accounts and current accounts even when notice must be given), loan or official financial or government sponsorship available to the applicant. Other accounts or financial instruments such as shares, bonds, pension funds etc, regardless of notice period, are not acceptable.
