Advice

Seeking some advice

I applied to renew my student visa end of november the day my visa expired as I was waiting on a transfer, however I was rejected 10 points (funds) because I did not have suffient funds, this was in end of FEB. I then applead within the time limit with my lawyers because my transfer came 1 day after my visa was expired and as I did not want to break any laws I submitted my visa application on time despite the lack of funds, I had my court date in april but then was adjourned to june, however I recently got my response that my appeal was rejected on the grounds that even if my transfer had arrived it would have not been in my account for 28 days. My studies are now finished and I have been accepted to a top rank university and in addition to this I have a british girlfriend who is 6 months pregant. I now plan to go back home voluntary as soon as I get the money to buy the plane ticket (early september) and apply for my new university visa. My worries is that I will most likely face problems at the airport when leaving voluntarily to go back home to apply for a new visa because it is now august and my visa expired in november. I have done some research and a lot of people have gotten bans up to 1 year and future visa rejections. What I would like to know is will I face any bans despite doing everything legally that I could and could I potential face any visa rejections or any bans? This is very important because I would like to further my studies now that I have been accepted into a university and if I do face and bans or rejections my girlfriend is willing to come back home and marry me as a last resort will this help with any problems I face but I'd rather not get married as she is pregnant and they want to put her in this situation.
