Advise needed pls

Hi there
I have been told that i can apply for my PR resident in December 2011 , there is something that I am confuse about it my 5 resident will finish in aug 2012 but I got married in dec 2006 my marriage certificate is from abroad my home country That's the 1 I submit to get my resident . Would that be fine if I submit my application in nov 2011 !!

Me an my wife we not gettin well recently.wot if I apply for divorce now, coz she decide to help me 2 get my PR anyway , can I submit my application with her supportin document ,wouldn't the HO find out that I am divorced by law but my wife she is just helpin me out !!
