Advise needed with Tier-2 for an IT role

Hello Everyone!

I have an employer, potential should I say, who is willing to take me on for an IT position. They currently don't have a Sponsorship License so, everything has got to be done from scratch.

In recent weeks, I have been in touch with a few solicitors on the yellow pages/gumtree but sadly couldn't get a proper one who is really competent with the Tier-2 system, most of them are making it out to be very complicated so they can charge more. The quotes that I received are also quite shocking for the amount of work involved.

Do you guys out there happen to know or used a decent firm London who are quite up to date with T-2 IT positions that don't charge a fortune?

Also, it will be nice to know what the average cost is for a complete T-2 application in London and also some of the pit falls involved in the T-2 system for IT roles, based on your experience.
