Advise required for Dependent/Visit Visa

Hi All,

Can you please answer my queries. Thanks in advance.

My cousin has Holiday Makers Visa and is currently in UK searching IT jobs. I would like to know whether his spouse can apply for a dependent visa or not. If she can, what is the process/conditions (please note that she is not eligible for Holiday Makers visa). If not can she apply for a Visit visa. If so, what is the process.

Or after my cousin gets a job, can she apply for a dependent visa.
