Just been going throu the forums,found it interesting thought i ask ques
I just want peeps to give their advices pls
my cuz she frm uk, and she gona get married in pakistan only prob is she is 19 and the guy is 22.
next yr she is gona be 20,but what can she do to apply for visa i mean can she apply for a marriage visa (dont think so, but heard age is going to change to 18 again)or can the guy come here to uk on spouse visa?
am really confused, about the age cuz sum peeps are saing its gona change and dat..
pls give advises,thnx

Where did you hear the age will change back to 18?

Sorry but they will both have to wait till she's 21. This rule is set in stone unfortunately. If they want to be together there are a few options. He can come on a different visa such as student, they can use the eu route, or she can stay in Pakistan with him until she turns 21.

that the age will go down in couple of months.
I dont no if it will.
