Afriend wants to get married from a registrar's office.

Hello every one,
My friend has aproblem,she has been here for 9yrs,applied for asylum 1n 2002 and her case failed,in 2008,she wrote to HO under legacy they never reponded to her.
My friend has got a fience since 2006 and now they want to get married.How can she do it at the registra since she is a failed asylum seeker.All your help is appreciated in advance.please she needs your help.

Hi what nationality is your friend?

she can always get married with the registrar in uk, but best is to ring them and ask them what documents they require for ID as they will need to give notice first
