Can any one please tell me is there a time bound limit before which one has to enter UK once and failure to do so the visa is cancelled.

My case is that I have two year HSMP visa stamped in passport on feb 15th.

I have heard that within 6 months I am supposed to travel to UK once to get the entry stamp in passport?

Kindly share your experiences!!
