Age to emigrate to Isle of Man from USA?

I wasn't sure whether to post this here or the UK forum, as I know the Isle of Man's not in the UK but also that a lot of people think it is.

Does anyone know how old a US citizen would have to be to emigrate (or should that be immigrate?) to the Isle of Man? I know it's 21 for the UK but I understand the IoM laws are somewhat different - yet I can't find an age specified on t'internet for foreign people wanting to move there.
