Age proof

Post by HSMP_India » Sat Mar 22, 2008 12:23 pm

Hi,
I would like inquire about the age proof document for applying HSMP. I dont have a birth certificate or a driving liecense. Can we use the notarised copy of the passport (ie page displaying the personal details with DOB) as the proof? please clarify.

Thanks in advance for your help.

It depends on what reason you have for not having any of these documents.

The reason for not having my birth certificate is I have never had any birth certificate or driving liecense. Do I need to mention this in the application?

Hi,

Its better to get a driving license before you apply.

I Agree with Ammu28.
Not having DL is no reason. Because it is reqd by HO you better get it before applying.
