AIC by exam as MSc from institution of chemist(india)

i have applied for immigration with my highest degree certificate from institution of chemist(india) as master degree equivalent with govt of india recognized.

in india, after this course a person can do PhD.

But CIC not approved as master degree. for this how to get approval so that CIC will approve

please suggest
