I find lots of message related with HSMP application, approval and EC etc.. but unfortunately almost many dont share their experience regarding their success stories in getting a job and relocation to UK. I assume it may be due to they are busy in general after getting the job or some might have gone back to their home countires.
I sincerely request those who are in the job already to share their success. Like after getting approval, people share here all the details of their application. Like that, one could share regarding their job hunting, field of work, time took to get a job, whether got job thro consultant or direct recruitment and possibly about their salary benefits etc...
Your success stories will definitely motivate others.
