ALL MODS NEED HELP PLEASE

Post by sabrinakhan » Tue Mar 30, 2010 4:49 am

hi
i applied for a visa to uk got rejected under 320 7a..i have appealed against it under article 8 of human rights becaz ive my sister settled and a British citizen in uk.she cant travel to her home country becaz of her health and has not traveled any where in last 10 years.the reason i got rejected was becaz i dint mention my driving offences in uk on my application..
i believe that they will bann me if i apply again for a visa for 10 years and than i may not see my sister for 10 years.can any one tell me that would help me in this application please.ive a very close relation with my sister.and aren't they in breach of article 8 of human rights.please i really request any one with the same experience with any advice would be very helpfull...
and in ur opinion do u think that through the appeal it can be over turned..
i know ive made a big mistake of not mentioning that but please ill look forward to every ones views

Just continue by posting your latest comment within the original thread (if it's still related), and your post will automatically be 'bumped' to the top! Starting new threads over the same just confuses people and gives you conflicting info, because your history is not flowing...

I dont know whether your appeal will be succesful if you use the Human Rights issue. If I was to have a guess i would say no, your HR has not being denied in your circumstances.

I think you should not push this to hard at your hearing. Instead I would push on compassionate grounds by stating that you have made a mistake and regret it verymuch. Apologise and promise it wont happen again.

Can you let me know what exactly your refusal notice states ( as per teh notice) as I want to see what exactly they have stated before I can comment further
