Diac has not sent any confirmation of receipt

my courrier has notified me that that i my documents have reached them at 9th of july but till date they have not sent any confirmation of receipt.are u facing similar problems.do anybody have any ideas how long they take to send confirmations of receipt?

they have recently changed their acknowledgement procedure.they take a month and a half to send back dated acknowledgement but that doesnot delay the processing
