ALL PREVIOUS EARNINGS FROM OVERSEAS

Post by feeldubai » Sun Oct 09, 2011 11:03 am

Dear all,

please guide on the subject.

I got my Tier 1 Visa in October 2008 and need to apply for extension.

My all previous earnings are from outside UK and they are enough to fulfil the requirements.

Tier 1 Visa extension possible????

Dear All,

I need your urgent consideration on the topic, please.

Question me if the topic is not clear.

Thanks.

Paragraph 108. Your question is clear but so is the fact that you have not read the guidance. It's absolutely vital that you apprise yourself of the terms and conditions, for you own sake, if you expect a successful outcome. This forum should not be a substitute for those who have not or will not read the relevant guidance first.

Thanks,

I did seen that part and several other parts confirming the same but some people and lawyers said opposite of it.

I found this forum very friendly and helpful so I shared my query.

Thanks you once again and pray for me.
