All the help i need

Hey All.
So here it is. Im 28. A marketing professional in Pakistan. I have a wife and a daughter. I have a brother who is 24. And parents, father 63 and mother 60.

Our family home is worth GBP 300,000 and we intend to sell it to move to the UK and set up a Restaurant Management company.

I intend to start of with establishing a fast food chain with 5 branches in Bradford in 3 years. Later on, i want to venture into the fine dining scene with a few single cuisine outlets.

I want to set up a team with my brother(as he has rights to half of the amount) and apply for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.

I need advice where to start from..literally..as all the information is clogging up my head.

I want to be able to take my parents with us too.

Suggestions please.

You are selling your house for something which is not certain ! Bold move.

No idea how you can bring your parents with you, i heard that if parents are above 65 and are dependent on you then you can file for their settlement but that's after you are settled in UK. Need to check this information .

regarding your case.
Keep 200K GBP in joint account with your brother
keep maintenance funds for 90 days in separate accounts
appear in IELTS
Prepare a business Plan (of fast food franchise your so confident of opening in bradford)
Fill out forms

and apply

Well we will only do this is parents can go. As they will have no one here and no house to live in.

u definitely cant apply for yr parents now thats for sure. they can get tourist visa afterwards. and if they keep travelling few times they can get upto 10 years tourist visa. but think 1000 times all the backlash u have to face due to leaving yr parents behind.
