Am I allowed to Study when I'm on Tier 1( General ) Visa.

Hi there,
I'm in UK on Tier 1 (General) visa which expires in April 2012. I am a bachelor's degree holder. Inorder to to get a master's degree & make my extension application easier, I'm planning to take up a part time MS degree at a local college/university. I'm not sure whether with my existing visa i'm allowed to study? Please help. also let me know whether I can claim 35 points for qualification if the MS degree that I'm going to take is recognized by NARIC. (Assuming I complete the degree before my visa extension application).

If Bachelor's Degree was considered for your Tier-1 it will considered for your extension as well.

For studying on Tier-1, you can do study while on Tier-1 just make sure you have enough earning points at the time of extension.
