Am I eligible to apply for British citizenship?

Hi, I was granted ILR in March 2015. 
My BRP card was expired on 31 Dec 2024.
But I got e-Visa. Over the past five years, I have spent only 27 days outside the UK.

My question is: Am I eligible to apply for British citizenship?
