Amex card payment in PEO?

Has anyone paid ILR application fee using Amex card lately? Page 2 in SET(O) application form dated 11/2010 shows that Amex card is acceptable for payment.

if its in the form, they will be accepting. must be a recent change though. i went to PEO 6 weeks back and also i remember in past they didnt accept amex.
