AN1 and MN1 documents submission clarifications

Happy new year to all my friends here.

I have appointment day after tomorrow for AN1 - Naturalisation ( for my wife ) and MN1 ( for my son) same time and uploading the documents now.
Need some help with some queries.. Your timely help is highly appreciated.

- A letter from Parents to give consent to agree to let applying for British citizenship - I cant find any existing formats ( or pdf) to print and sign .. where I can find this or I need to write a letter in a paper and we both need to sign ? refer to page 27 of this document for a template: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 2-2020.pdf

- Parental responsibility proof- Marriage certs of us and Birth certificate of my Son is enough ? Birth certificate

-Proof for my wife living for 5 years- Sole passport proof is fine or we nee do upload bank statements/Utilities etc? As she holds UK ILR the passport(s) covering the period is sufficient

-my wife's proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions- what is this mean BRP card

lastly - Do I need to upload the documents only before 48 hours of appointment ( as I am yet to upload ) .. can I upload the documents any time before the appointment too ? Anytime up to 48 hours before appointment
