Ancestry (south African passport) 5 years and 1 year ILR

My timeline
Postal/ncs- postal
Sent- 19 May 2011
Arrived ukba- 20 May 2011
Money taken from account- 30 May 2011
Acknowledgement letter- 6 June 2011
Approval- still waiting
Ceremony- still waiting.

Phoned HO 8 august waiting in queue for caseworker
Phoned again 10 august guy said it getting to the top of the queue and should know in a week
Phoned today and they said waiting in the queue for caseworker asked them if its at the top of the queue and answer was we can't see were it is in the queue?!
Does any one know if it makes a different what nationality you are?

I am very confused, they so unhelpful everyone else is getting there's who applied in May:-(

I heard it can take up to 6 months or sooner

I am going to apply as well, same category. Please please please let me know of your outcome.
