I am working in the field of Insurance. My monthly payb is around 25,000 but my annual salary and allowances, bonus comes to around
Rs. 8 lacs i.e. Rs.60,000+ a month when divided by annual pay by 12 months.

Now pl advise if I can apply for Tier 1 immigrant visa?

Read the Tier 1 policy guidance. You'll need to figure out what constituents of your salary package can be considered and what documentation you will need to provide.
