Another third party investment

Hello Guys,

My appeal is in process, in my business plan I have mentioned my future expansion plan and in financial forecast nothing was mentioned about it.

I have got other two investors willing to invest. If I get approval now will It be possible to show in the court during the hearing.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
