hi there i am from non eu my ex wife was from eu.i am living in cork ireland.we was married for almost 3 and half year.but things didnot go well in our marriages so we just got separated.but now i have new eu partner we have baby together.he is 2 year old.if we both want to move to uk england.how we have to proceed.what type of visa i need to come to uk.or she have to move first to uk.how we can get partnership certificate.any reply

What is your new partner's nationality?
