my friend got ilr on the basis of marriege last month but his marriege suddenly broke down now his wife wants to send him back and for that she is going to open a violence case against my friend (her husband) but my friend did nothing with her only separated after that so my quistion is either his wife can kick him out of country now or what will happen now please back asap
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect

Should be safe with ILR unless it can be proved it was obtained fraudulently.

Not unless his wife could prove it was a marriage of convienince just to get ILR, it would raise eyebrows if he got ILR and left the same day. Unlikely tho but depends on how tenacious the ex is!

but it was her mistake in breaking the marriege not my freind mistake
